The A.G.M. and into another year
It was most encouraging to have such a good attendance at the A.G.M, which shows that there is still much support for the Society in spite of falling membership, though there are still over 200 members. A big “Thank You” to everyone in whatever way you support us. As Brian Kidd said at the A.G.M, we are still providing a summer show at a time when many other local Horticultural Societies are unable to do so. At the A.G.M. the committee members were re-elected as follows:
Pauline Powell & Michele West
All meetings take place on the last Wednesday of the month at the United Reformed Church hall, North Street, Havant at 7.30pm, entrance costs £1 which includes a cup of tea and a biscuit!
