Late Spring 2005 Newsletter
There will be a Summer Show this year and again it will be for Members only. The date is Saturday, 30th July and it will be in the United Reformed Church Hall, Havant. Schedules will be available at the May Supper or at the Store, they will be sent to anyone who has exhibited before.
Please, please do your very best to enter something, we really need more entries than last year if we are to continue to have a show!!
If you won a cup last year, please remember that it must be returned by the end of June. You can take it to the Store, but if there is problems please contact a Committee member and we can arrange to collect it.
This will be on Wednesday 27th April at 7.30pm in the United Reformed Church hall, Elm Lane, Havant. The subject is Gardening on Chalk. This promises to be a very interesting and useful talk about plants for our area.
This will be a fish & chip supper on Wednesday 25th May in the United Reformed Church Hall, 7.15 for 7.30pm.
The Store is open, but the only access is via the lane by the side of the Fire Station, as the side access has been closed off prior to the redevelopment of the Potash Terrace site. We hope to have this back later.
George Hedley has received an Award from the Mayor of Havant for services to a Residents Association.
